Studio Fabia Experiences

These Terms & Conditions apply to ticketed experiences offered by Studio Fabia, including Winery Experiences and other local experiences. By completing a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Payment
A booking becomes binding once the booking process has been successfully completed and full payment has been received.
Tickets are valid only for the experience and date stated in the booking confirmation.
The individual event description, including the date, approximate duration, pick-up locations, included services and ticket price, forms part of the booking.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Tickets are booked for a specific event and date and are non-refundable if you are unable or no longer wish to attend.
For leisure services provided on a specific date or during a specific period, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have if the booked experience is not provided as agreed.
3. Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person at no additional charge.
Studio Fabia must be notified before the experience and provided with the full name of the new participant.
4. Minimum Participation
Ticketed group experiences require sufficient participation to operate.
Studio Fabia reserves the right to cancel an experience if the minimum participation required for the respective experience is not reached. Where applicable, a specific minimum number of participants may be stated in the individual event description.
If an experience is cancelled due to insufficient participation, guests will be notified as early as reasonably possible and will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid.
5. Changes or Cancellation by Studio Fabia
Occasionally, circumstances outside our reasonable control may require adjustments to an experience, such as changes to departure times, transportation arrangements, itinerary, participating venues or individual elements of the program.
Studio Fabia may make reasonable changes where necessary, provided that the overall nature of the booked experience is not materially altered.
If Studio Fabia cancels an experience entirely, guests will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid. Any further statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Pick-Up, Departure & Transportation
Pick-up and drop-off locations and departure times will be communicated for each individual experience.
Guests are responsible for arriving at their selected pick-up point before the stated departure time. To keep the experience running on schedule, transportation cannot be held for late arrivals.
If a guest misses the scheduled departure, Studio Fabia is not obligated to provide alternative transportation or refund the ticket price.
Transportation included in the experience begins at the designated pick-up point and ends at the designated drop-off point. Guests are responsible for arranging their own safe transportation to the pick-up point and from the drop-off point following the experience.
Transportation is provided by an independent professional transportation company commissioned for the experience. Studio Fabia does not operate the vehicles or employ the drivers.
7. Our Experience Partners
Studio Fabia Experiences are thoughtfully organized in collaboration with selected independent partners. Depending on the individual experience, these may include wineries, professional transportation companies, restaurants, venues and other service providers.
Certain elements of an experience — such as transportation, winery tours, tastings, food or other activities — may therefore be performed directly by these independent service providers.
Studio Fabia carefully selects its partners and coordinates the overall experience. Independent service providers remain responsible for the proper performance of services within their own operational control, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability of Studio Fabia where such liability exists under applicable law.
8. Alcohol & Guest Responsibility
Studio Fabia Winery Experiences are designed for an adult audience. Guests must be 18 years or older to participate, unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular experience.
Alcohol consumption is entirely voluntary. Guests are responsible for deciding whether and how much alcohol they consume and are expected to drink responsibly and according to their personal limits.
German laws concerning the purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages apply throughout the experience.
Studio Fabia reserves the right to take reasonable measures if a participant's behavior creates a significant safety risk or materially disrupts the experience for other guests.
9. Food, Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Where food or snacks are included in an experience, these may be provided by independent venues or catering partners.
Guests are encouraged to inform Studio Fabia of any allergies or dietary requirements before the experience. While Studio Fabia will be happy to pass this information on to the respective service provider, we cannot guarantee that individual dietary requirements can be accommodated.
Guests with severe allergies or specific dietary needs are responsible for assessing whether the food provided is suitable for them. An allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
10. Personal Belongings & Purchases
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the experience.
Where guests have the opportunity to purchase wine or other products directly from a winery or participating venue, these purchases are separate transactions between the guest and the respective seller unless expressly stated otherwise.
Where possible, purchased wines may be transported back on the coach as part of the experience.
11. Liability
Studio Fabia is responsible for the organization and coordination of the experience within the scope of its legal obligations.
Guests remain responsible for their own conduct and personal decisions during the experience, including responsible alcohol consumption.
Studio Fabia is liable in accordance with applicable German law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law, including liability for injury to life, body or health and for intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
12. Photography & Video
Photos and videos may occasionally be taken during Studio Fabia Experiences for documentation or promotional purposes.
Where legally required, guests will be informed separately and any necessary consent will be obtained. Guests who prefer not to appear in photographs or videos are welcome to let Studio Fabia know.
13. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions and the contractual relationship between Studio Fabia and the guest are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
